It’s your morning coffee, made better. Banana, espresso, oat milk and of course the elegant luxury of Jake’s Maple Syrup.

To enjoy this drink at its very best, make sure all your ingredients are nice and cold, so make the espresso first. Frozen bananas add flavour and also the rich satisfying texture.

Ingredients

1 part Jake’s Maple Syrup
1 part Espresso
5 parts Peeled Frozen Banana
5 parts Oat Milk (Cold)

Top Tips

You can always add a shot of your favourite spirit here too, rum, whisky or vodka work best. Just maybe not for breakfast!

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

Pour directly into a Sundae glass

Top with a sprinkle of cacao nibs to garnish
